  • Went without problems for me too on iMac G5 1.9Ghz. Double reboot and updated keychain as Edvard said. Must say everything is noticeably quicker. Seems the Intel update has caused a number of problems though.

  • Security would only be a problem for the windows partition surely since it's running separately from Mac OS X?

  • I'm a Camino user too although I also like safari. Firefox is another story when it comes to running it on the mac. It feels clunky and doesn't really integrate into the mac environment very well.

  • I think it depends on how you use your PC. If you cold boot quite often then it's clearly going to be worth it. However if you tend to just put your computer to sleep then it doesn't really offer as much benefit in my experience.

  • I've been using it for an hour or so and it's definitely an improvement over previous versions. The only thing stopping it from being my primary browser is that it still has problems rendering some websites.

  • I have to agree that while it was good it didn't laeave me in fits of laughter but I, like Matthew, also think the first few episodes always seem to let us get to know the characters so I expect it to improve over coming weeks.

  • I think it's issues such as this that will actually prevent more users from buying the new intel machines. I've looked at numerous reports and the general consensus seems to be that Photoshop under rosetta is very slow.

• Adobe's Lightroom vs Apple's Aperture

  • I've had the chance to use both applications too and I have to say that I prefer Aperture. It is, however, by a very small margin and it purely comes down to the fact that I found I could do much more with Aperture out of the box than I could with Lightroom.
